  • Our facilitated support groups offer a safe, contained space for individuals navigating similar experiences—such as trauma recovery, grief, burnout, or emotional regulation. These groups provide the powerful medicine of being seen, heard, and supported within community. Each group is guided with care, compassion, and grounding tools to foster insight, emotional resilience, and a sense of belonging.

  • Our seasonal day retreats are designed as sacred pauses in the busyness of daily life—spaces to rest, reflect, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. These retreats often include guided somatic practices, breathwork, therapeutic journaling, mindful movement, nature-based rituals, and nourishing dialogue. Thoughtfully curated in alignment with the seasons and collective needs, each retreat offers an embodied reset and deeper connection to self and community.

  • At the heart of Haven Wellness is a deep respect for interdisciplinary healing. We regularly collaborate with practitioners in movement therapy, yoga, bodywork, and natural medicine—including herbalists, acupuncturists, and holistic nutritionists. These offerings may be woven into workshops or retreats, creating holistic, integrative spaces where the mind, body, and spirit are nurtured in harmony.
