A space for embodied insight and integrative healing

At Haven Wellness, we offer psychotherapy that honors the complexity of being human. Our work lives at the intersection of mind and body, where psychological insight and somatic awareness meet — not as separate domains, but as intimately woven threads of experience.

I’m so glad you’re here

We understand healing not as a linear path, but as a process of deep attunement — to the body’s wisdom, to unconscious patterns, and to the subtle rhythms of transformation. We support individuals who are ready to engage their inner world with curiosity, depth, and compassion.

We don’t offer prescriptions — we offer presence, partnership, and a space for you to explore your own unfolding.

My Approach

We approach psychotherapy as an integrative practice — one that includes the intelligence of the body, the structure of the nervous system, and the relational depth of the therapeutic space. Our work draws from contemporary psychodynamic theory, attachment and trauma research, somatic psychology, and contemplative traditions.

This work may include:

  • Somatic attunement: learning to notice and interpret your body's cues, sensations, and implicit memories

  • Relational depth work: exploring how early attachment patterns shape current ways of being in connection

  • Psychoeducation on the nervous system, trauma responses, and emotional regulation

  • Mindful inquiry: developing the capacity to witness rather than react, to feel without collapsing

  • Inner parts work: identifying and tending to younger or protective aspects of the psyche with compassion and clarity

  • Integration practices: creating space for coherence between insight, embodiment, and lived experience

“Andrea has a holistic view of health and emphasizes integrating both physical and emotional wellbeing. Through my work with Andrea, I have become increasingly aware of how stress and trauma impact my physical wellbeing.”

My therapeutic relationship with Andrea has spanned over three years and Andrea has guided me through the most difficult time in my life. Her sincere compassion and wisdom has been a bright light during dark times. She has demonstrated true care for me and I have observed major growth in my own ability to cope, handle stressors, and navigate relationships.

Andrea has helped me develop an awareness of my own patterns and gently guided me to pause and interrogate how I may be getting stuck in old ways. She does this without judgement by seeing the whole person and leading with empathy.Take a deep breath—you’re in the right place.

Who We Work With

Our clients are often reflective, emotionally attuned, and ready to deepen their inner work. You may be:

  • A high-functioning individual experiencing internal dissonance or burnout

  • A seeker of meaning facing existential questions or spiritual fatigue

  • Someone carrying trauma that words alone have not resolved

  • Curious about how your body holds your history — and what it might mean to listen

  • In transition — personally, professionally, or relationally — and seeking grounded support

This work is especially resonant for those who feel drawn toward embodied, relational, and insight-driven therapy.

If you're longing for a space where your story, your body, and your deeper knowing can all be welcomed — Haven Wellness may be the place to begin.

We invite you to step into a slower rhythm. To listen inward. To explore not only how you think — but how you feel, how you hold, and how you move through the world.

Your body is speaking. Let’s listen together.
